Great easy to use hydration bladder, no mess and easy to clean. When my 3? years old bladder in my Dakine Nomad developed a leak it was replaced free of charge with no fuss and received within a few days. Superb customer service from Hydrapak.

First used one with my Osprey pack during a Grand Canyon trip last year; goodbye Camelbak. Love it so much just ordered one for my son for another GC trip this year as well as multiple hiking trips.
Had a bladder fail on me, got in touch with warranty and put in a claim I got a new bladder in less than a week, and I live in hawaii. Awesome customer service and a real stand up company. I'll never buy any other product for as long as possible.
I've been running one of your units the last few years. It recently developed a slow leak. I filled out your online form and almost immediately heard back from someone. Long story short-within a few days I had a new unit. Great product, great support-great to see in this day and age of zero support.
I would just like to congratulate Hydrapsk for exceptional customer service and looking after their customers. Great job guys you are an example other companies should learn from.
Dudes were great. I messed up my shipping info while placing my order and never received my reservoir. I called them up and spoke to their CS, and even after I admitted the loss was my fault they sent me a replacement. They only asked that if the original showed up I would send it back. I'm totally stoked on my 1L reservoir, and even more stoked that the one that got lost was returned to them. Thanks guys!!
