RecommendedSome of the best costumer service around! I had a issue with a pak that I had only used twice while Mtb. I let the customer service know the problem. I had the replacement bladder with new hose before I went riding 3 days later. I mean that’s unheard of in marketing these days! Keep up the strong work Hydrapak!

Needed a new tube and valve for my old hydrapak bladder, but wasn’t sure of the fitting, so emailed hydrapak. Got a response within hours saying that the system I had wasn’t made anymore. However, they would send me a brand new bladder system to replace the one I had! Less than a week later, my new 3l litre bladder system arrived! Amazing customer service and an amazing product. Thank you hydrapak!

Just wanted to share a positive customer service experience with a company called Hydrapak. This company makes the BMW branded water bladder for the Rally jacket. My bladder developed a pinhole leak after a couple of years. I bought a replacement at a local cycle shop and noticed they claim to have a “beyond lifetime guarantee” ... went to their website, filled out the, easy to use, online warranty claim on Friday evening and got an email Monday afternoon that my replacement was shipped !!
