Just wanted to share how fantastic the customer service is with HydraPak (lifetime guarantee) I had a minute hole on the seam of one of my soft flasks. Simple online form with a photo or two to show the leak and your flask code and within a week a replacement arrives. Brilliant!

Op zaterdag 29 juni vulde ik het garantieformulier op de site van Hydrapak in omdat mijn Salomon Soft Flask (0,5 ltr) was gaan lekken. Een paar uur later al bericht van het Europese kantoor in Frankrijk dat ze een nieuwe gingen opsturen en vandaag (4 juli) zat deze al in de bus. Dat is wat mij betreft een topservice!! Ze doen wat ze beloven en zonder zeuren, snel en adequaat.
Essential for any serious backcountry participant. I love this product! Used it hunting this year and it addressed the issues of space and extra water in the field. Beyond convenient with a perfect price point.
