Staff in the shop was great. Very friendly and helpful in answering some of my questions. Reason for 3 stars is that I went in for a consult, only to find out it was a tele-consult. I could have done that from wherever I was at the time. Nothing on the booking said it was a tele-health consult. Also, the consultant didn't even turn on video. The consultant was nice, I just expected a different scenario.

Went to HydraLive Therapy today while recovering from a cold and got the Healthy Horse IV. I’m already feeling better! The staff was great and the whole experience was easy and comfortable. Highly recommend if you need a boost.
