the worst counter of any business.. you will spend half your day waiting to pick up items you called in days before.. they need to separate the customer service desk and the will call desk.. most places I get in and get out because we know what we order, it gets pulled and we go in and sign for it then leave... here I have to wait up to an hour or more trying to pick up my material and then they still are always looking for the stuff after you get waited on.. ridiculous
great folks. been working with them for over 20 years.
very smart to have a meeting when theres customers that need hoses made....
