the worst counter of any business.. you will spend half your day waiting to pick up items you called in days before.. they need to separate the customer service desk and the will call desk.. most places I get in and get out because we know what we order, it gets pulled and we go in and sign for it then leave... here I have to wait up to an hour or more trying to pick up my material and then they still are always looking for the stuff after you get waited on.. ridiculous

This is a horrible place to get a valve rebuild. I took my part in and advised them to put a rush on rebuilding the valve, which they stated was no problem. After about 3 or 4 day of no contact on the status of the work being performed, I contacted, secretary she stated she would have someone to call me within two hours with the status of the job being performed. After two days later, they called stated the part was BER (Beyond Economical Repair). They also, advised me that I would just have to purchase a brand new part for ... read more
