Just went through an insurance claim to get my person belongings stored away, I was told they could move everything out in 24 hours, took over 5 days, so our contractor had to wait 5 extra days just to get started. We finally get it all packed up through them and they packed things they are not supposed too. TMy wife and I told them the bathrooms were off limits and nothing in there needs to go, they packed our bathroom. Hydradry reached out to me within minutes after contacting my insurance company about water damage. Jack, from Hydradry was a great pleasure to work with. He arrived and took count of all the affected areas and set expectations that included the work that was set to be completed and provided a timeline for how many days they would be on site. Hands down, HydraDry has been a wonderful service to use. They have made everything easy. I’m glad my insurance company reached out to them. Jess and Jack were quick and efficient with getting to humidifiers and drying equipment set up. They monitored the process frequently.
