I needed some work done on a few excavating machines and backhoe equipment. This company performed the work quickly and delivered the repaired vehicles back to me on time and at the exact cost they quoted me. That means a lot to me.
After a visit to get measurements I was told I would get a phone call giving me a quote on a simple cylinder, unfortunately the phone call never came. After 7 days I called to ask if they had a quote for me and was told they would call me back within an hour. I never received a call. Having worked with this company in the past with good experiences I was extremely disappointed that my business wasn't wanted.
