The motor went out in my furnace on one of the coldest winter nights that we had. I was panicked and called 4 different companies. They were the only one that was willing to come out. They had me up and running within 3 hours of my initial phone call. I could not speak more highly of this company. I will definitely use them again.

Had a ac and furnace installed, continualed to have problems with ac unit. Contacted day and night to come out to fix. I kept getting the runaround. Finally called another vender to come out to look at the unit. They found cork gum over a cracked coil. They installed a bad unit so that is why they are avoiding me. Will never by another unit from them.

Called this guy based on good words from friends and upon reading reviews online. Am in the process of buying an investment property and needed a diagnosis/bid for the repair/replacement of two furnaces. Because I don't own the property yet, coordinating entry to the building involves, my relator, the sellers relator, and the tenants - not an easy thing to do. My family has used Day & Night for years. They normally service our furnace at the beginning of the season. This past fall, they told us that our very old furnace probably wouldn't last much longer and quoted us a price. We had hoped to get one more year out of it and replace it in the spring. The coldest night in years hit us earlier this month and our old furnace finally gave out. I left a message early the following morning and received a call back promptly. Simply the best. On one of the coldest nights we have ever had my furnace stopped. The previous company I used quoted a ridiculous price and said it would be several hours before they would be out. I called Day and Night on my mother's recommendation. Dave called me and told me how to get the furnace running till the morning. He said someone would be out in the am. I was very unhappy I was overcharged--I felt I was Ripped-off I PAID Cash-$85.00-Ask for a receipt---on Receipt STATES--NEW SENSOR--he was here 10 Minutes and only cleaned the Sensor with a piece of emery paper---$85.00???--I called and questioned the Charge--Asked if there was a Warranty-She wasn't sure-- needed to check-told her receipt states New Sensor But never Received a New Sensor!!-I was told I would receive a call back---NO Call Back---Waited 4 Business--DAYS--no Call--so I called them--was told there is no warranty... read more

Great Service & Prices – I had used Day and Night a few years ago to replace a furnace after a flooded basement ruined my old one. Prices were great, service was execellent... A few weeks ago, I had trouble with the furnace in our new house...I called Day and Night, and Dave was able to be here first thing in the morning...he even offered to come out in the middle of the night.
