We had a party of 14 for restaurant week. We had two servers, a female and male. The female said she was from the Akron location. Service was horrible. I don’t blame the female waiter, her male waiter was absolutely no help for her. It was like she was working by herself. The kitchen was slow. It took a while to get salads. After salads we waited a whole hour just to get food. My moms steak was overcooked and they did replace it but of course that took a while. We went to dinner before a concert and had a horrible experience. Our waiter never came back after drinks for 40 minutes. My husband’s steak came well done when he ordered it medium. They offered lobster bisque while we waited for them to remake the steak and comped our side. After 20 more minutes we told them to box it up, and the reply was, “Well we didn’t make it because we thought you were leaving.
