We were in town overnight and stopped in for dinner. Albert was our server and was very friendly and patient. My husband had an 18oz rib eye with garlic mashed potatoes and I had the baked onion soup, 6oz filet and creamed corn with pancetta (Albert recommended). The corn was my favorite dish of the night. Side dishes are huge so you can definitely share. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Would definitely stop in again. Thanks Albert for being so nice and helpful!
The food was excellent! If you want an impressive appetizer, select the seafood tower. What an awesome display and everyone said it was amazing! We also had great service as well!
The food was pretty good, service not so much! Our server came off very rude because we weren't drinking which shouldn't be an issue. I've been serving for years and you can't judge people and your tip on that. Never worry about your every dollar or you will die with a dollar.
I was celebrating a special occasion for this evening. The food was excellent. Service was extremely slow and in adequate. Not the typical service you should receive at Hyde Park steakhouse. We expect a little bit more with spending $200 on our hard earned money. Manager Nancy had no resolutions for us except for the general manager would be giving us phone call.
