RecommendedMy first time in today, but I will probably become a regular. The dry aged heritage pork chop was fabulous! The Verlasso salmon was outstanding as well! What a great shop!

Did someone say they were looking for amazing and delicious fresh fish? Look no further, Hyde Park Fine Meats now has a seafood counter! The salmon, oh my, the salmon now halibut, flounder, tuna more to come. I cannot recommend them enough!
I worked there with the previous owner. Today’s owner still has top quality everything. it us the only p,act I go to get my beef and chicken.
Drive past Kroger’s and stop here. Worth the money. Beautiful steaks. Perfect.
The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. It is a great alternative to the box stores for fresh deli meat! Plus their outdoor sidewalk sign is always great. Always funny with jokes and puns!
Don't be fooled by its size: this place is amazing. Beautifully cut steaks, sustainable seafood, local chicken and a nice assortment of locally made products. Plus killer twice-baked potatoes.

The "service" I received this morning was horrid, as the two men who helped me acted as if going through their disorganized freezer was an act of war. They treated me like I was a moron simply for asking if they had a certain cut of meat and made me feel as if I was doing something terrible to each of them simply asking for help. Never going back.
