My apartment complex has rats. I have repeatedly submitted requests for pest control that get closed without any updates and nobody has fixed the ledge that probably gives them access to the roof. These rats are another threat to my health in the middle of a pandemic. The main office will never pick up the phone and is forcing me to go in person to complain, only to then take a few notes and do nothing about it. They promised I would receive a call from management and zero. Not even that.
I've lived here for 2 years, and believe me, it has been 2 years too long. I have issues that have STILL not been addressed, even though I have submitted multiple requests both through their online system and by complaints in the monthly "customer review" emails that they send out. The management are friendly, but it is a complete waste of time to ask for anything to be done.
