I did not expect much from the new owners but I have to say, I'm impressed. The Broadstone Valley Ranch people left behind an uphill battle to say the least but the new management of Hyde Park is proving why they are so highly rated at their other properties.The manager Dayna is a tough person and might come off as a little grumpy but you can see it's because she's pretty pissed at the old owners for leaving us tenants abandoned for so long. I have lived at the Broadstone Apartments at Valley Ranch, under the care of the wonderful Rejoice, for 4 years now. I can say all the wonderful things there are to say about this complex but action speaks louder than words... I have renewed THREE TIMES. Great location, great facilities, immediate response to any concerns, competitive rates... and very important my wife feels safe here. THANKS GUYS FOR ALL YOUR HOSPITALITY.
I will be moving into my new apartment at Broadstone Valley Ranch in the next few weeks, so I can only comment on my pre-lease experience, however I am very pleased with my treatment from the office staff (especially Rejoice) and the ease of the application/approval/signing process. I am looking forward to being a resident here!

Our experience here has been great. We've lived here for almost 3 years and are getting ready to renew for a 4th. It's quiet, clean, and every experience we've had with management has been pleasant. I would have provided 5 stars, but the inability to opt out of the expensive valet trash service has caused me to not add the 5th star. The curbside service was just as nice and so much cheaper. I'd honestly love to take my own trash and not have to pay at all.
I have had the most comforting experience moving into Broadstone Valley Ranch apartments. They worked so well with me and my situation. Given I had a horrific experience in my last apartments, Carolyn has been more then accommodating. Treated my pup as if he was one of us and allowing me to work with the pet deposit. Amazing Job! Already ready to add a year or two extra to my lease. THUMBS UP YALL!
