I had a horrible experience at this hospital. 1. I took my grandmother’s cat to the hospital for an exam and a shave at 9:15am. I was told that the cat would receive a lion cut, and that someone would call us an hour before it was time to pick up the cat. 2. 4:00pm and I hadn’t heard from the hospital. I called and they said the cat would be ready at 6pm. At 6:30pm I still received no call, so I called to check on the status of the cat. We brought our puppy Kye in for first puppy check up and remove stitches. The place was clean, the staff was pleasant and answered our inquiries professionally. The Dr was great and spent time explaining much needed new puppy medical/routine check ups.

I've been a customer since 2011, but have lost all faith in HPAC's ability to take phone calls. Getting prescriptions refilled feels like pulling teeth. I'm still waiting for a prescription to be refilled originally requested 1.5 weeks ago despite calling numerous times and even being told once that the prescription refill order has been put in (even though it wasn't).
