They never answer the phone so I go online to make an appointment (a week ago). When I get there, I get "sorry, we don't have an appontment for you, would you like to reschedule (like I have nothing else to do).

Recommendedit's right down the street from my place. n the staff members r very friendly n nice 2 me n my lil girl Coco. they will help u out on ur bill. if u have any questions they will answer them. they work around ur schedule. I lov coming here. they board ur pet here as well.
Hyde Park Animal Hospital is unorganized, dishonest, greedy, and they don't care about animals.
Ever since Dr. Wade left, the service has been terrible. They never answer my voicemail messages, it takes a few tries to get anyone to answer the phone. Today they promised to call back by the end of the day concerning EUTHANIZING MY CAT! Needless to say they never did. The vets are good, but the service has gone to hell.
This hospital secretly filed down my dogs teeth without my permission or letting me know. Her roots are exposed. Who does that? They also filed her nails down so far they were bleeding. I will never again bring my dog to this hospital.

RecommendedWonderful staff always provide excellent care for our pets. Dr Williams is amazing. Our Great Pyrenees also loved his stay at their boarding facility.
RecommendedVery quick and helpful. The aide was great, very friendly. Dr. Avery was exactly as you would like a vet to be. Just focused on the animal.
