Dodgy billing process. Employer paid for my stay, I put down card for incidental charges which I didn't use. Checking out I was told all was good and master account was taking care of everything. Two weeks later I see on my credit card a "facility fee" of $30/day plus tax totalling over $200!! Beware.
Crown jewel of Midtown!
Got to hotel at 2:20AM after flying for over 5 hours. There are two people waiting who don’t even have reservations, nor money to pay for their rooms. One person at the desk moving 20 mins per person. Not a good experience
