The room smells disgusting. We told the front dest that our smell. The supervisors and managers went to room to check to see if it smells and told us that there is nothing wrong with the room although the room was smelling disgusting like marijuana. They didn’t meet our needs nor did they provide any accommodation. They told us that they would offer upgraded room only if we pay the difference. We wanted a refund they also refused. We were stuck with another smelly room. This hotel needs to be avoided. It is dirty and smelly.

Es de lamentar la decadencia que está teniendo desde el servicio en el front desk como el servicio de habitaciones, realmente soy generoso de darle 3 estrellas, se lo ve sucio, las Mucamas no cumplen con su trabajo ni siquiera a requisitoria, una pena, un lugar al que no volveré a pesar de la buena ubicación, ojala no siga decayendo por el bien de Midtown

Unfortunately I had a terrible stay because of the noise. The room had very poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear conversations, doors closing, and movement outside the room throughout the night. I booked this hotel expecting to rest, but the constant noise made it really difficult to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re sensitive to noise.
