Crown jewel of Midtown!
Got to hotel at 2:20AM after flying for over 5 hours. There are two people waiting who don’t even have reservations, nor money to pay for their rooms. One person at the desk moving 20 mins per person. Not a good experience
Old band aid was in shower and low toilet paper. Need better housekeeping
