Some time ago, my daughter, cousin and I took my 1996 16' Hyde boat (Scow II) down the Henry's Fork from Riverside campground. This was a harrowing adventure and that section is NOT ADVISED in a hard-side boat. Anyway, we banged the Scow II up on several breaches on rocks. It was leaking a bit and the folks at Hyde estimated the repair at $1,850 +tax and 30+ days. They finished it in about 10 days for $1,400. Many thanks and highly recommended!
Mr. Hyde sold me my first and only drift boat . A Fish-Rite 1992 . Brought it in to their shop. Not a Hyde Boat a Fish-Rite they took care of my needs. Great place to do business
Just stopped by to get some oars for my boat. I needed an odd size and they had it in stock and got me set right up! (Saved me about $500 in shipping) Cool to have a boat manufacturer like Hyde in the back yard! If you haven’t been in you should check it out!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TO CANADA. Tariffs are huge, weak management, poor communication, zero customer service. If anything goes bad you are screwed, as if the UPS tariffs are not bad enough.
Horrible customer service. I have been getting the run around from them for over a month about sending me the right piece to an order and a simple emailed return label for the wrong piece received in that order. If you’re looking for a drift boat I’d recommend any other brand
