Super bummed with a recent customer service experience I had on a lost order. They weren't able to show me proof of sending the item or willing to replace. I had to repurchase the item from them as they are the only manufacturer. Love my Hyde boat but super bummed over the experience and their unwillingness to help.
We are thrilled with our new Hyde Contender. Our journey began when I called the office in December and got Tyler. I told him exactly what we wanted and he had the exact solution for us. He took pictures and videos and sent them to me promptly. He helped to configure the boat to our exact specifications. Tyler also cleaned up the boat in the shop to show us exactly what we would be getting. The overall experience was blue ribbon! Great boat, price and exceptional service.
Hi I am trying to get an estimate on a boat repair. I assume there are technical difficulties as I keep getting disconnected when I call. I have emailed Tyler with photos and am hoping to get an estimate so I can take my boat in if it works out.
I ordered floor inserts in Febuary. They processed my payment and said 4 to 6 weeks shipping so I contacted them late April and they said they would ship them within a month. I never heard anything so I emailed them mid July with no response. I ended up driving through Idaho falls and stopping in. They provided me my product but if I didn't stop interest who knows if or when I would have heard back. Love my hyde drift boat but very disappointed in the service.
I placed an order online for a knee lock to install in jet boat. I emailed twice to get an update on the order (no reply) and then called three times. Each time I called I was told the person who handles the online orders was not in the office and I could leave a message. I did so but never heard from them. I finally just called and cancelled my order.
