I have had such a wonderful experience with Hybrid in the past year. Erik has been my tech for most of the visits to my house and I can rest well at night knowing he did a great job. We had an issue with box elder bugs at our home and after finding Hybrid that issue is no more. They have gotten our home basically bug free and are always happy to help when we need them. 10/10 recommend Hybrid for all your pest control needs, ask for Erik he's a fine young man and will really make you feel heard and taken care of.
Weston is friendly, attentive, and thorough. He listened. He addressed any concerns I raised and answered all of my questions directly and honestly. A salesman came to my door several months back and I told him I was not happy with the company I was using because I never knew who was coming and all the techs were like zombies. Im a huge believer in friendly service so I switched after being promised I would get the same tech and they hire only friendly people. I have not been disappointed! The best pest control company! They always work with my schedule and come for free in between sprays if i need them to but after having them come a few times i haven’t seen any bugs in my house! Weston is super friendly and does a great job along with everyone else at the company!
