I live 50 minutes away. I had an email agreement to drive in to purchase the vehicle (pre-approved loan). By the time I got there, there were other customers doing the paperwork to purchase. I reminded him of the agreement and he said "Don'tknow what to tell you, I only have the one car". So, I drive right around the corner and ended up in EV auto parking lot...they had great customer service...sold.
I just want to say thanks for the help !!! One of the most helpful and friendly business owners I have had the pleasure of talking to. He did not make a dime from me but still took time to answer all my questions and point me in the best direction.... I would 100% recommend them for all your electric and hybrid automotive needs... thanks again !!

We haven’t even purchased our car yet, but we know that we will only buy from Chip. Super transparent, excellent customer service, even as he was trying to close he stayed and worked with us this type of service doesn’t exist anymore!
Even though their bread and butter is electric, I bought a gas car there that had been traded in. Responsive to my interest, personable and easy to work with, straight with me on the business end. Chip was awesome to deal with!
