The hotel was nice, Great rooms and great pools. Lots of activities. But if you wanna get a good view with your room, DO NOT CHOOSE ROOM 5511. The view is not good. My mom looked at her room and was upset with the view. We asked the hotel service for help for a different room, we didnt get any help. At least the serbian woman who was at one of the desks were nice. Nice people is always a good part of service. The pool is great and big. The rooms are so cool you could live there. Just checked in, rooms are stunning, our view on our patio had a concrete divider that blocked our view of the ocean if seated. I thought all the rooms had open patios. Evidently there are some that are blocked, so keep that in mind. We were roomed right next to the lobby with full view of our patio. This trip was for my husband's birthday celebration and I wanted to make it special. Just be aware of this. Spent a week at the Hyatt and had a fantastic stay. Gorgeous, well manicured property with a nice big pool. Staff was very accommodating and the food at Abby Road was excellent. The condos are well appointed with everything you need and the few requests we made were immediately addressed. The kitchen is well stocked and we were impressed with the condo, especially the big, roomy balcony with endless ocean views.
