The room was great and spacious. There was plenty of room for all five of us to spread out. The guest services were also very nice. I appreciated the parking terrace and the free laundry.
My boyfriend and i had the most uncomfortable experience with this company. We signed up for their program, gave them a 50$ deposit for the presentation they were gonna show us. Not only did they say the presentation was shorter than it turned out to be, they got extremely offensive and were basically trying to say we were lying. We immediately felt like this was a really shady unprofessional environment we were in and wanted to make sure that we’re still getting our deposit back. Nice property on the ocean front. Rooms are a bit smaller but nicely appointed. Everything is walkable from here - you don't want to drive.
The best location in Key West hands down! The rooms and pool are great as well.
