We had such a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency, and so much of that was thanks to Kaleb! His exceptional hospitality, warm personality, and genuine dedication to making guests feel welcome truly stood out. California is mission style hotel, clean and light. Centrally located with easy access to freeways and less than a mile from the Westlake Inn. Valet parking and ample self-parking. Rooms are nicely designed and feel spacious despite size. Laminate flooring, no carpets. The bathroom mirror was cool- clock in mirror. Bathroom well lit. The only downsides to the room I was assigned: the view from the window was the roof and compressors; the room was cold, AC did not respond to adjustments and had to be turned off.
