I haven’t seen a harder hotel worker ever than Elmi. Always communicating with guests and making sure they are having a good stay. Nothing is beneath him and he strives every minute to politely interact with co-workers and guests. Making our stay so much better! Thanks Elmi!
Love this place. From the Honey Margarita as you Check in to the great people working here. Danielle at the front desk at nights is amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing fun enjoyable place to kick back and soak up the spirit of happiness this is the place.
Absolutely wonderful. We only stayed one night and regretted it very much as there is quite a lot to do. The staff was very attentive and the food was amazing. The setting is tranquil and rugged, which makes the luxury of the hotel even more welcoming. We will be back.
Beautiful resort, everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the front desk & wait staff. Nahtlie at the front desk went the extra mile, found us a wonderful room. Walking along one of the trails, we came upon a herd of deer (4 dos & 1 buck) grazing. We took many pictures as they decided we were ok. It was a magical moment.
horrible service, the restaurant was empty and had a 40 minute wait.
