RecommendedI stayed back in July and have been many times over the years since they opened their doors. It is still my happy place. I feel such peace at the Hyatt Tamaya. It truly is a wonderful experience. The staff is fantastic, the accommodations are comfortable and the setting is beautiful. I can sit and stare at the mountains for hours, hang at the three pools (although for me I’m usually found at the adult pool), or go on a beautiful hike on the trails by the Rio Grande. Overall a very beautiful setting with good service. I will go back probably just for day pass services. Noisy hall activity in early morning by staff? Went on for a couple hours. Housekeeping came knocking on door well before checkout so I recommend using DND sign when in your room. Our bar waitress had very little knowledge about cocktails resulting in lengthy waits for service but we were not in a hurry that night. Beautiful scenery. Loved visiting the horse stables. Great waking and biking trails. Rooms were very spacious and the staff were great.
This spot is literally so beautiful and serene! It has a wonderful feel all the way around! You can feel the sacred land.
