My husbands wallet was stolen in the pool area and "returned" five minutes later sans cash and the cards moved around. We know it was the staff as they were the only people in the area. The video camera didn't show anything because we were in a "blind spot." We told management right away and they have done nothing. We have spent thousands of dollars here this week to be treated like garbage. I will never stay here again!
One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are solid. The resort is beautiful! The pool area and kid pool area is fantastic. Great place.
