The grounds are amazing: kiddy pools, swim up bar, infinity pool, lush garden, penguin 🐧habitat, spa, good restaurants and more! Guests staying and the hotel have full access to the adjoining Hyatt Residence. We stayed at both properties. The Hyatt Residence rooms are amazing! however, The hotel room was a general room. Such a amazing resort. Great to unwind and relax. Japengo is my favorite restaurant on the resort ♡
Although we had a wonderful time, I am very upset with this Hyatt. Upon checkout they billed us two times and in two days have not refunded our money. Its a debit card so it screwed up all of our payments and is causing us great stress. No matter whom we talk to they have not returned the money to our account and keep shuffling us around. After having a great week this is ruining it back home. If this is not resoled today I would not recommend staying here.

The Hyatt resort was MOREeeee than me and my wife could have imagined. Beautiful scenery, GREAT food, and accommodating staff. We arrived for our honeymoon on 9/27, I would recommend this location to ANY newlywed. Although, out interaction with staff members were amazing, Royce from Umalu went ABOVE and BEYOND every time. Not only did Royce remember who we were daily, he even took the time to come over to extend a hello, even when we were not apart of his "section".
