Id give it 6 stars if I could. The hotel grounds and room were gorgeous. The location is just perfect. Customer service is impeccable as well. It has penquins! My children, 2 and 4, loved the koi pond, parrots, and penquins. The best Hyatt ive been too. The Regency Lounge is excellent as well and want to give recognition to Carolyn she made us feel like family. I loved it so much I purchased a time share :). This Hyatt is the BEST!!! Amazing! We were a party of 15 (3 separate families) with 9 kids ranging in age from 2-14. We enjoyed watching turtles swimming at the beach. The kids loved the water slides & played in the pool. The bar restaurant was fantastic. Great food with big servings. RJ was our waiter both nights we ate dinner there. He was outstanding and made us feel like family. We hope to come back again soon. It was a slice of Heaven on Earth.
