Great location, friendly and helpful staff, modern, clean and fresh room. I appreciated that they offered to hold our bags for a few hours after check out.
The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly told them it was my birthday they comped me a free round of � and some cheesecake also a birthday card me and my wife will definitely be back.
Breathe taking mountain view, the hotel is clean and great customer service
I was a little disappointed at the lack of attention to detail with some things. Tortilla chip in hallway for an entire day. Same with some dirty dishes. Hot tub had a few people in it and 30 minutes prior to closing the maintenance guy began his work and made guests feel uncomfortable. Bed was made with the top sheet on top of the duvet. Guest service was very good on a personal basis. I rate the place at 3 stars "good " because the expectation is higher for a hotel of this caliber.

I was a vendor at a national meeting. Both of us at our table are disabled Veterans. We should've brought our own chairs because the hotel event coordinator was adamant that we would not get a second chair...even after I told her that we were both disabled. Then a third disabled volunteer from our org arrived so we gave her the one chair we were allotted. By the end of the day I was in so much pain I thought I would not make it to my car.
