Great clean room, with a great view from the 13th floor. We just felt the bed was too hard for us.
I love this hotel and I love this place..
Beautifu hotel nice friendly staff really enjoyed our stay.
Cell service is bad. No microwave in room. Parking there is highway robbery. Didn't find the room that great for the price. Won't ever return.

It is a beautiful hotel. From check in, to the waiters, to the cashiers at the hotel store everyone was professional and super friendly. However at the convention center our group breakfast was mediocre ,and lunch was not as good as breakfast. The staff seemed upset with me asking for milk for my coffee. One last complaint there were no movies available on my room TV. Otherwise my experience here has been excellent.
I have stayed literally all over the world in hotels, and I have never found another hotel with better customer service. Any sort of small issue I have had during my trip has been resolved and then some. Hotel is beautiful with lovely views, in city center and has very affordable prices for rooms. Thank You guys for a purely relaxing time. Will be staying here the next time I visit Denver.
Love love love this hotel! Been staying there for the past 5or 6 years for CDDC youth convention held in the ballroom on the 3rd floor it's awesome the rooms are great and the staff awesome considering there's 2000 teenagers going crazy in the hotel...gonna be sad when our contract ends
