Beautiful place, very well maintained property. Close to area activities and just steps from the beach. Great for families and couples. I attended a beach wedding as the Hyatt was the host hotel. Things went well but could have been better. I thing the event planners stretch themselves to thin. If I can suggest anything to a bride considering a destination wedding speak with all of your vendors directly and make sure they understand what your needs are. Have been waiting over 2 hours for a burger and wings to be delivered by room service! I called to check on the status twice and "it was on the way" over an hour ago. Unless my room is on the invisible floor this is unacceptable.

Our family absolutely loves this place !!! Everyone is so kind. And everything is so clean!!!! ☀️❤️ seriously if I ever find a man ....I would want to know about wedding packages but I need a ring first lol!
Had an amazing time! The hotel was beautiful, the views were amazing, everyone was super friendly! First hotel in a long time where I actually felt that I was getting MORE than what I paid for. I mean...the kitchen was fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, and pots and pans...you could LITERALLY cook dinner here if you wanted to! Only cons really were that the TV quality wasn't great (but really, who stays at a beach resort to watch tv??) and the construction next door was slightly annoying. Great food !!! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. We had Tim both times for breakfast. He was awesome. Very nice, professional and was a pleasure to talk to and he was very accommodating to our diet requirements. Tara P took care of us at dinner. Very sweet and all her recommendations were right on.
