Just wanted to say that you all have the best staff hands down! We took my grandma to stay there so she could see the ocean one last time. She has stage 4 lung cancer and has a short time left. Your staff made her experience the best and treated her like a VIP! You have no idea how good that made her feel. We can never say thank you enough! I hope to be seeing you all again soon. It was beautiful there! The staff provided complimentary champagne and strawberries twice for our honeymoon stay! They sure do know how to make you feel special!!! That view! So gorgeous! The spacious rooms, the comfy beds, the friendly staff from the bellman to the housekeepers, all staff was amazing!!! Hope to visit again sometime! Anniversary perhaps? ;) So until we meet again Clearwater! I'll miss waking up to the ocean smell... ;)
Staying here now and loving it! Very clean, very friendly, affordable luxury! My daughter and I enjoyed the spa today. It was awesome! The staff went out of their way to pamper us! Thank you Pattie! Hope I can come back soon!
My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and we couldn't have been more impressed. Everything was clean, the food was amazing, and service was top-notch.
We are here for Memorial Day weekend and the service has been amazing and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the ocean with gulf views that go forever! We can't wait to come bac! Love Hyatt and their rewards program!!!
