Decided after a day on the beach to get cleaned up and try the hotels restaurant on the 2nd floor, place is empty at 6pm was told they couldn't seat us as we didn't have reservation.
We are here now and loving it!! Before we arrived I read all the positive comments about Hyatt and this was the main reason we booked here. The only slightly negative comment that effected me was there was no direct access to the floors via the staircase (I hate elevators). When we arrived the security guard offered to go up in the elevator with me and has continued to do so when needed. Super sweet! The hotel is beautiful /clean. Not so great experience, drunks were staying above us and throwing trash on our balcony, house keeping didnt clean anything and reused old towels and bed sheets when we specifically asked for new sheets and called the front desk twice about our situation, my family will not be coming back
I can't wait to go back there. Great room view and staff are so friendly.
