Renovations the whole time. Staff awesome. Upper management sucks big time
I absolutely love this hotel. It's always clean. Great service. The views are spectacular. The staff was amazing. The hot tub was great and the pool was amazing.The fitness center is very nice.Everything was clean. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Our concierge was very accommodating. The location is amazing.We enjoyed the fact it was right by the beach.
Avoid until they are done with construction! It is disruptive and interferes with enjoying your full kitchen room and balcony as well as the pool. Paint fumes, concrete dust, sofas and furniture in the hall between the freight elevator and guest rooms. The rooms directly below and next to ours are active jobsites, this is totally poor planning! The construction area is not blocked off in any way and we stepped around sheet metal scraps, garbage, and sunflower seed shells. Huge bummer on our family vacation.
Our first night here and I am so disappointed. I prechecked in stating I would be here at 3. So upon arriving no one was in the lobby to assist. Finally the bell person asked if I had been helped. She went and got help and still had to wait. After checking in was told the room was not ready and I would get a text. By 4:30 still no text still no word.
