We had an amazing stay, great location, great suite looking over the Gulf Coast, close to local restaurants & bars, will definitely be booking it again for same time next year
Had a girls day st the spa. Wonderful experience. Attentive, skilled, helpful, friendly staff from receptionist when making an appointment to check-in, services, lunch and check out. High end professional products used. Had a body scrub treatment , massage, facial and pedicure. I'll be back. Highly recommend.
Wow!! From rhe minute we stepped inside this hotel, we loved it! The front desk people were very pleasant, as well as the whole staff!! Beautiful, amazing views..the pool area is so awesome..overlooking the beach/gulf ...sipping cocktails & having a snack was very convenient! The hotel restaurant SHOR was also great..for breakfast or lunch ... We just had our 15 year wedding renewal there it was beyond expectations! Service, Food, location all A1 so happy we choose here everyone enjoyed their stay 😊 Roseli, Lindsey and their staff were wonderful ❤️ Best 4 days of my Life 🏾
To be fair, have to separate the hotel from the fact they are renovating. Hotel and staff are both wonderful. That said, I called before booking and asked about renovations. I was told they were minor, carpeting, etc. The renovations are NOT minor. They are rebuilding the entire lobby. That was not really the issue however. For the last 2.5 days of our stay, there was a jack hammer running in the room across from us. It was pretty impossible to stay in the room for more than short periods at a time.
