Joe was fabulous he checked us in and upgraded our reservations. This hotel has beautiful decor and the most spacious rooms. Spotless clean, relaxing atmosphere, enjoyed the spa as well as all the amenities. Thank you!

This hotel was an unexpected gem! We got a total amazing upgrade to an incredible huge suite that we totally didn't expect-way to go Hyatt!!!! Also I have to say cudos to the restaurant staff waitresses and bartenders as well as room service they were all amazing!!!! We had excellent service at Shor Restaurant as well as pool side with Swim Bar and Restaurant! The food was above and beyond!!!! Just spent the week at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa and loved every second of it. A special "thank you" to Kyndall at the front desk. It was my husband's 50th birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Massages and pedis in the Sandava Spa were amazing and the food at Shor was unbelievable.
