Great experience staying here recently! Breakfast was included and amazing. Staff went over and above to store our bikes during our stay. Would definitely be back!

I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times regarding an incorrect charge for breakfast on my eBill. Despite sending detailed emails and calling, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is disappointing, and I urge the hotel to address billing issues promptly and provide proper customer service.

Stayed here last Saturday on 2/21 for one night, paid almost $300 and the room had bugs. I seen one and my family members seen a couple more but I was not aware of this until the morning of check out. I let the front desk agent know and he said he would make the assistant manager aware and for me to email him and I have but have received no response. The hotel was too nice and pricey for there to have been bugs.

Stayed here for a weekend, 1 king + sofa bed setup. Clean rooms, nice hotel. Complimentary breakfast. I believe there is an extra charge for parking at the hotel’s underground garage. 5-10 minute walk to the wharf and national museum. Not a ton of restaurants in the area but easy access to bus and metros to get where you need to go. The hotel is right next door to a fire station, so there may be some extra sirens here and there, but my group did not find it to be too intrusive. Overall, would recommend!
