Extremely nice hotel. Safe parking in garage. Also wonderful breakfast with large variety including fresh fruit.
We use to stay at the hyatt Regency close to sfo. Hyatt place San Carlos is a better experience and value. The front desk is accommodating and friendly (not the case at hyatt regency).
I stayed at the Hyatt Place San Carlos for a work trip and had a great experience. Everything was very clean, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very good, and the train station nearby made getting around easy. The customer service was excellent as well. Amit, Kim, and Ralp were amazing and very helpful. Thank you for helping make my stay be a wonderful experience.
