Generally like staying here when we come to Pittsburgh to see our kids; however, extremely disappointed in this last visit. Not only did we pay increased daily charges but we also pay for incendentials per night, which we accept and understand. However, they charged us an aggressive daily rate, well over $300.00 per night and then charged us an additional amount for incendentials, total charge for 2 nights well over $900.00 seams alot, but then when we go down to get a diet pop and a cookie and get told that they cannot be c... read more
Room layout was a bit odd. One of the elevators out of commission. Sticky floors. Pillows though? Probably the best I've experienced in a hot minute. Will be back for any other Stage AE shows i attend.
This was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent I saw the fireworks after the pirates game from my bed!!!
