Breakfast was really good!
Great time in Pittsburgh. Hyatt was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Room layouts are a bit strange with the toilets and sink at the foot of your bed, kinda gross in the morning. Spent a lot of time outside around the fire pit, but no fire because it was broken. But, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Stayed here to go to the violent femmes concert. Great time and I'll be back.
Rude and horrible customer service at desk and on phones. Just know if you have a family emergency and call to cancel, they will cancel your room but keep your money and refuse to refund it. You are better off to stay at one of the other great hotels near by that have better service. Will never stay at any Hyatt again after this.
