Rooms need some updating as far as the furniture pieces. Mattress and linens were great as was the shower.
The staff here was amazing. We pulled in prior to check in time with a U Haul. They let us park and sight see until check in. So kind every time we had a question.
The room smelled like cat pee and strong cleaner. Furniture and glass dirty. The staff was very friendly. There was a nail sticking up out of the floor close to the bed.
This hotel had a great location and the service people were really friendly. The only negative was the room was not as clean as I would have liked and the breakfast had frozen fruit and the other items didn't look too appealing.
My boss booked me a room with a company credit card. Upon arriving the staff told me they could not charge that card because they didn't have proper authorization on file. I had to pay for my room with my personal card and then get reimbursed from my company. When I got home from my trip my boss informed me that they did indeed charge her card.
