Overall experience was good for my family. Hotel and rooms are dated but our room was clean. Service was friendly from all staff we encountered.
This place was dirty. Elevators were incredibly dirty and the rooms were not much better. There was actually a used band aid stuck to my ceiling. It was gross. Service wasn’t great either. I’d steer clear.
Great rooms, very clean
Stayed here for an early morning flight. The shuttle at 4 am for some reason was delayed. No one from the hotel told us or contacted to inform of the delay. The front desk was almost never manned. Morning breakfast was like a warning sign to stay the heck away. How can a Hyatt be so unbelievably disappointing!
Certified dump. Never seen a Hyatt Place this run down, and filthy!
