There are no microwaves in the individual rooms. Food and drink choices are EXTREMELY limited. The TV channel line up is bad with no app to connect your own streaming services, the WIRELESS is spotty at best. There are 2 elevators, but only 1 was working and it was extremely slow.
Room was dirty . When I requested a crib they set up a stained pack and play with no cushion just the hard board wrapped in a sheet. There was no way I was putting my infant in that. The only thing is they are close to the airport and front desk was responsive when I asked for an extra pillows and towels. The pillows also felt like a bunch of rags stuffed in a pillow case. Also the entire time one elevator was working. Would not stay here again.
Everything about this hotel is top-notch, except for the low-pressure showers that still plague many hotel chains. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to spend the weekend.
