Very quiet, but in a weird spot in my opinion. Whole experience was wonderful. Great hospitality.
Gave this place a chance, I decided to go after the Hyatt Promotion for up to 16k points for 8 nights. After 4 nights I can’t even get myself to stay another 4 anywhere across the US. I travel a lot for work and every Hyatt I’ve tried across the USA is outdated, loud, smells like smoke, and the WiFi is like dial up. For the price, literally pick any other hotel chain out there and you’ll immediately get 5x more Hyatt has a problem on their hands, I see this brand disappearing in the near future
Shocking levels of incompetence. Currently staying here. Confusion at check-in when front desk girl gave me more expensive rates than when I booked, almost $50 more a night that she claimed were "taxes." She couldn't explain why it was so high and referred me to corporate to figure it out. After asking for a manager, who didn't seem like he wanted to be there, he explained she gave me the incorrect rate and then asked me if "I was good now?" as if to imply I was being difficult.
