This place was full of ROACHES DO NOT STAY HERE, had to be moved from third floor due to ROACHES. Was moved to 4th floor and guess what theres not only ROACHES in the room but also in the hallway. Ive been here 4 days and the exterminator wasn't called and still hasn't been called (reported issue to front desk the first night when they moved me off of 3rd floor. I also have a lot more videos with roaches crawling inside the room and in the hallway.
Front desk staff - two staff members actuallt sat together and demonstrated poor customer engagement and relationship skills. I have decades of Hyatt stays, which is my hotel of choice. The culture during my stay in Ontario was deplorable and dismissive. The check-in evening staff was great. The others need customer relations training, with one staff meeting expectation standards. The Los Angeles staff was good.
