Great location near Ontario Mills Mall and plenty of restaurant options.. It is one of the older Hyatt hotels with the outdated layout and furniture
Really solid Hyatt! Stayed here for a weekend and I’d say it was a great option, really good breakfast picks, parking was easy, a lot of places to walk to/hang out. Room was spacious and comfortable, I definitely recommend!
This hotel has BED BUGS!!! Our bed was INFESTED with them and we found some on the sofa as well. When we told the front desk, they said they’d refund our stay, but they didn’t seem to care very much. They didn’t even have another room for us to move to, so we were forced to find another place to stay, which was quite a hassle because all of the hotels around us were booked full. Came here for the food selection in the neighborhood. The staff is knowledgeable and makes recommendations on the best spots. To make the most out of this place, grab your dinner before coming back and hit up the bar at the Hyatt Place, a night cap this time a year during the golden hour by the pool makes it a great mid week escape. Stop here if you are coming from Vegas.
This hotel location really needs to work on their customer service. My sister and her husband had a room that was infested with bed bugs! Not only in their bed but also on the couch. Unfortunately since they found the issue later in the night there were no other rooms for them to be switched to and they had to stay up past midnight finding alternative hotel availability in the area.
