I called and asked to speak to the manager. The woman let me speak for maybe 15 seconds before she very quickly cut me off, interrupted me ask I was speaking, and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional!
The ICE is overflowing here! So loud, day and night. No considerations for their neighbors.
They stole my jacket in the room. I have tried all means to communicate with the hotel and its obvious that they are rejecting my calls and won't respond to my emails. The hotel is great but the customer service at the rooftop restaurant is disgusting and the waitresses are bad with disgusting attitude. It would have been nice if I came back to give a better review. After 6 months of staying with bad experience I still came back.
