Expected this place to be better as it is similar in price to The Ray, which is just a block away. Unfortunately I am a bit disappointed that I chose Hyatt for this stay in Delray. It’s fine overall - the room was fairly clean (shower was a little meh), the staff is friendly enough, and the pool area isn’t bad. But there are better options in the area. Great location and friendly staff. However, the hotel is low quality (floors, furniture, air conditioning, blankets etc.); loud and inefficient air conditioning, no heat, feels damp as you get into the hotel room.

Decent location for downtown Delray Beach. The room set up was ok but not as functional as Hilton Home2 Suites. But by far the biggest problem was AC. The room was too cold for our whole stay. I tried to use the thermostat for heat but it only provided AC. I found a blanket to use the second night but overall the room was cold. I suppose if you are younger the cold wouldn't bother you but we are in our 70s. Frankly for the price not being able to be comfortable for the stay is awful. If you want comfort don't stay here.
