great breakfast, nice people but cleaning wasn't great.
The staff was awesome. Krystal and Erica was so wonderful wonderful. Anything we needed they was there to assist us. It's been a pleasant stay this weekend. I would tell anyone else when they are visiting Dallas Texas to stay at The Hyatt Place.
This was the first time staying here !!! The staff was very accommodating and welcoming !!!! Ran into no issues thank goodness , free printing , nice aray of choices on breakfast bar , location in the city , they have a bar 24 hours and serve Starbucks !!!! A nice pool outside workout room as well. Checkout time is at noon most places 11 so this was a plus . They accommodated My fiancé by putting roses n rose petals in our room! Was nice to choose Hyatt & relax!!!!
This hotel was perfect for our family. Besides being clean and up to date, the staff was so incredibly friendly. Because if this hotel we will make weekend trips to Dallas a regular family getaway!

Stayed here for our kids birthdays and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay so special! A handwritten note, cookies, candy, waters and vouchers for free drinks & food all waiting on the desk when we arrived ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much!! This hotel "gets" customer service!! I wish they could have seen the smiles!!
