RecommendedPool was fun, breakfast was good, room was nice, needed a hot tub
Found a nasty alive bug in my bed! Manager offers us waters but NEVER brings them to us🙄 Housekeeping changed the bedding since we couldn't switch rooms due to them being sold out. Then at breakfast they ran out of food & dishes, even heard them say they had no more plastic silverware & they were sold out again today, and it's not like they didn't know they were going to have at least our party, we booked months ago.
