This is my first stay and I love it. If I could I would live here. Nice
Everything about this hotel was perfect, with the exception of our noisy neighbors. Kids slamming doors and riding luggage carts up and down the hallway all day and night. Complained to front desk two consecutive nights and nothing was done about it. Aside from that, the hotel and its location were perfect for our needs.
This was my my second stay here, and I came back because the staff was so kind and accommodating, and it's a beautiful hotel. It's far from downtown Chicago, which is inconvenient since that's what we came for, but at the same time, it's much quieter and far less busy than downtown, and I think we really appreciated being in a place we could really relax. We'll probably be back again in the future :)
Just wanted to thank the Hyatt staff for a great night stay excellent breakfast and very friendly hospitality. This is one excellent hotel
