Average hotel. The services offer, such as late night dining, were not available to me at the time. Additionally, the lack of security is concerning. The elevators do not require a room card.
Stayed here twice and had a great experience with staff and rooms but last visit they charged us 32$ for "TV services". Left voicemails for the manager and no return call. No one answers the front desk phone or puts you on hold and never comes back.
We have stayed at other Hyatts before and the staff was absolutely amazing to work with, they were kind, and friendly and truly made you feel at home! Rose was incredible, so thoughtful and full of knowledge about the area. The rooms were spotless and the pool was fantastic! We would definitely stay again.
The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk concierge Shanice, who helped me with a late check-in. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. The hotel's convenient location near major stores and restaurants. my stay was truly exceptional
