The room was clean enough, although a little dated. They validate parking for the garage across the street, which is nice except for when we went to leave, the validation ticket that we had did not work. We had to drive back up three floors of the parking garage park go back into the hotel and get another ticket. I won’t stay here again because of that frustration. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Bethlehem . With a great help of being right across the street from the bus stop and with parking across the street for drivers , getting to the hotel was a breeze . Upon walk in the staff was so helpful and the place was clean and aesthetically pleasing . I must’ve came around a great time because it wasn’t packed and they was able to handle all of my concerns.
