When you call this hotel they don’t pick up the phone and ask you to hold, they just place you on hold. This is very frustrating, teach your front desk to say hello and ask if they can place the caller on hold. I am calling on 6/7/26 at 10 am and I’m still on hold

It doesn’t get 5 stars only because can you really give an airport hotel 5 stars? It’s a 5 star airport hotel. I wouldn’t stay here if I was going for a luxury experience. But the breakfast was dope! Loved it. Would stay again if we have to fly in and out of Austin!

No A/C!!!!! Unacceptable for any Texas hotel! Hotel staff say hotel switched to a new sensor mode for the summer, said it takes 30 min to start. We were in first room for over 2 hours and no AC. Now in another room and AC kicked on about 1 hour after we settled in.

The room was spacious and clean. Ours faced away from the highway so it was not noisy except occasional sound of planes taking off. The front desk staff was friendly and breakfast decent in a spacious area. WiFi did not work well and the staff said they are aware and working to improve. We booked the airport shuttle at 6am, went down to the lobby at 5:55am and the shuttle did not come until 6:11. When we asked the driver if he was leaving he said he is not leaving until 6:15, when asked what about the 6am slot, he was frustr... read more
