***AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE*** If you like cockroaches and bedbugs crawling in your luggage and on you then this is the place for you. Terrible quality of cleanliness and pest control. What’s worse is when escalated the concern to the front desk, instead of an apology or attempt to make it right, the staff acknowledged and admitted they were already aware. Which means this isn’t a one off situation. Very disappointed with Hyatt as this is not the level of service and cleanliness I’ve come to know as a frequent Hyatt customer.

Lost items should not be this difficult. I checked out of my room and realized shortly afterward that I had left my laptop charger and mouse behind. I filed the required lost item ticket through lostmystuff.com that same night and called the hotel. I was told someone would contact me. The next morning, I called again and was told housekeeping was in a meeting or that the items had not been found yet. I called again around 1:30 PM and was told I would be contacted back. Spent 2 weeks here. Loved the stay. Close to downtown. Staff is nice. Food is great

1. The door to my room doesn't close on its own. 2. I'm disabled I specifically reserved an ADA compliant room. The water pressure was low, requiring a longer shower. I asked the front desk for a bath chair, and was informed they didn't have any. I asked again on my second day and the supervisor of housekeeping very reluctantly delivered a plastic folding picnic chair. Everything worked out great for me. Flew in to take care of some business and finished earlier then I thought I would so I walked over and got a room. It's pricey and when someone closes their room door it slams very loudly but the room was comfortable, the staff was nice, the breakfast was good, and I didn't hear any noise from the roads or the airport. I wouldnt mind staying again but the price is gonna be hard to pay again.
