Parking is an additional 25 dollars. Please include this on the total bill before I pay for the room. I would have decided to stay elsewhere if I knew parking was 25 dollars. I will never stay in this hotel again. I will recommend that anybody I know not stay at this hotel because this. It is incredibly frustrating because you do not provide refunds for your rooms. So i'm either forced to forfeit my $150 for the room or suck it up and pay the additional $25 dollars. Incredibly disappointing.
Pay for parking? It’s not downtown and it has its own parking lot attached. Unnecessary money grab. No shampoo or soap in the shower (which you only learn AFTER you’re already in the shower).

We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. The biggest reason for that is the staff. They all seem to have good attitudes and were always so helpful. Some of the people I’d like to recognize are Ja’Liyah, Athaiya, the nice lady who was mopping the floors when we left Monday morning and Hector the maintenance person. We didn’t have any maintenance issues, but he saved my husband from being in the dog house by brining a bag to him that fell off our cart when we were checking out. Where do I begin? I guess with the good, because the bad will take a bit longer. The staff at the front desk were always professional and kind and the hotel looks nice. Now, on to the reason for my one star. Once we checked into the room, I folded out the sofa bed to see if the bedding was already there or perhaps in a separate closet. It wasn’t there which allowed me to see the “mattress” that my son would be sleeping on. It was a very sad, sagging thing with visible coil shapes through the top.
