Very good spot for a quiet happy hour with good conversation.
Bed very firm.
No complaints but it would be nice to usb ports available with the outlets.
This entire stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Nothing about this hotel met even basic standards of professionalism or care. My room keys kept failing, there was no hot water the entire time, the hallway smelled terrible, and housekeeping walked into my room twice without knocking, once while we were asleep. The bed had stains, the bathtub was dirty, and it was almost impossible to get towels delivered. Management ignored every complaint and offered no real solutions, no follow-up, and no apology.
