Great hotel with excellent service. Special shoutout to Solis from front desk. He was very courteous and attentive to any issues present at the hotel.
We used a reward night from the cc. Staff upgraded the room as well as giving us a goodie bag. Parking was easy. Breakfast although did not have an omelette bar, was well stocked with hot foods and neatly organized. Room was clean. Small touches to the hotel were noticed by me: dispensers in the shower were all turned the same way. Plates neatly stacked. Front desk asking us what temperature we wanted our room at checkin.
All good about this hotel.
The hotel/room is so old, especially the bathroom. No hand nor body cream. The air conditioning is so loud, making different noises throughout the night. You’d hear the upstair guest if they have heavy footsteps or are running around. The location is not convenient. The price is not much lower than the Hyatt in Bellevue Main Street. The breakfast is included, but overrated in the review area. Not recommended.
