We have visited quite a few Hyatt House properties over the years but this location stands out with exceptional service, an expansive breakfast selection, modern and comfortable rooms, and easy parking a the underground parking garage (has EV charging). We were greeted cheerily by the staff upon our arrival in the afternoon. Good hotel, convenient and really friendly staffs. Always on top to help with the customers’ issues. Only note is the highway facing rooms could be noisy and rooms on the forth and fifth floors have background noises from the fans.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. I had a great stay at Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino during a recent business trip. The location is excellent, with easy access to major highways (Interstate 280 and Highway 85), and it’s very close to Cupertino Village and Main Street Cupertino, which made grabbing food or running errands super convenient.
